Can I just get the digitals?


For portrait sessions, the digitals and prints are the same price, meaning that each image you purchase comes with its a digital copy and a matted print.

On the other hand, Professional headshot sessions will include digital images iindependently from prints, due to the nature of this type of session. In this case, prints will be available for purchase separately.




How much does does it cost for a photoshoot?


Our sessions start at $400. Heirloom Products (including digitals, folio boxes, and wall art) are purchased separately; pricing varies on customization. Your portrait experience with us includes a complementary make-over with professional hair styling and makeup application, delicious refreshments, a two-hour photoshoot, a reveal/ordering session, a generous referral program, and access to your online gallery.




What products do you offer?


We offer Folio Boxes (Customized decorative boxes that include matted prints, of the finest quality). We also offer Wall-art, which includes Metal prints and Archival quality Matted Prints.




What if I don't know how to pose?


Don't worry about a thing! I will walk you through posing every step of the way.




What should I wear?


During our consult, we will go through what to wear and what looks good in photos.




Do you shoot on weekends?


Yes! I offer sessions on the weekend. Though, they do book up fast!




Do you offer payment plans?


Yes! I do offer payment plans. Products are delivered when payment is made in full. Other great options are PayPal and Stripe. Both companies offer no interest financing, especially if you need your products sooner when gifting or for a time-sensitive special occasion.




Do I get to pick my images?


Absolutely! After our photoshoot, we will meet for a reveal session where you will select your favorite images and desired products.




How long does it take to receive my images?


It typically takes 3-6 weeks from the Pre-consult to Product Delivery.

ATX Portraits is committed to protecting your privacy online. The personal and payment information you provide us is used only by ATX Portraits and will not be shared with any other parties, excluding purchases guests choose to make directly through affiliate links.




Security


The security of your information is very important to us. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than ATX Portraits.

Only browsers that use the Secure Socket Layer technology are able to order through ATX Portraits. If your browser does not support SSL, you can get an upgrade at Microsoft's or Netscape's home page.




Cancellation Policy


Our goal at ATX Portraits is to provide all clients with a great experience in a timely manner. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, and the need may arise to make schedule adjustments. No-shows, late arrivals and cancelations inconvenience not only our vendors but other clients as well. If you need to cancel your booked appointment, we respectfully request at least a 48-hour notice.

For example, if your session was booked for 2 pm on Saturday the 9th you will need to contact us via email no later than 2 pm Thursday the 7th, 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed bookings.

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancelation fee equal to your session booking fee. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your session, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your session for another time that is convenient for you.

Alternatively, you'll have the option of using the remainder of the time for your session, less the amount of time you were late. For example, if your session is booked for 2 hours and you arrive 45 minutes late, we will have 1 hour and 15 minutes remaining for the session. In this case, we may not be able to accomodate all desired looks/locations from the session due to time constraints.

For weather cancellations, when applicable, you’ll receive an email from us to let you know that your session needs to be rescheduled. ATX Portraits has the ultimate decision on if the session needs to be rescheduled due to weather conditions. If canceled due to weather, you’ll receive an email with a list of available dates to reschedule. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, your entire non-refundable cancellation fee will be credited and applied to the rescheduled session.




Booking Policy


Once you have submitted your information through the “contact me” page, you can expect an email response within 24-48 business hours. We’ll discuss your initial style and concept consultation, create your vision board and select a date and time for your appointment. Once we’ve decided on a date, the session fee is due in full in order to secure your date. An invoice will be sent to you upon confirming the details. Once the payment is made in full, you’re booked for your date. The session fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please see the cancellation and rescheduling policies below.
